An international exhibition gives products visibility and puts technology in a real setting. At TCS2026, Dimension Gate participated as a technical support partner, meeting delegates from multiple countries at booth D102 while its FDE team supported the event on site.

The exhibition brought together two connected strands of Dimension Gate’s work: introducing how its multimodal AI meeting minutes product serves conversations, and contributing to the event as a technical support partner. Together, the booth and the support team made the role of AI in meetings more tangible.

01At TCS2026: Connecting International Dialogue and Meeting Services

TCS2026 (Tomorrow.City Shanghai 2026) provided a setting for participants from different countries and regions to discuss urban development and technology. Such dialogue creates practical needs: understanding one another during a conversation and retaining a clear record for later review.

Dimension Gate had previously announced its cooperation with TCS2026: MinuteX Conference would provide translation and meeting minutes for the main venue and nine breakout venues. This exhibition participation continued that cooperation by combining product presentation with on-site technical support.

During the exhibition, Luna, Head of Commercialization at Dimension Gate, posed for a photograph with a Thai official. The image appeared on the official’s social media, documenting one of the exchanges at the event.

02Booth D102: A Place to Explore the Technology

Beijing Dimension Gate Technology Co., Ltd. was listed at booth D102. The booth gave visitors a point of entry to the company and placed its products and technology in an open setting for discussion.

The booth display presented Dimension Gate’s approach to speech understanding, traceable knowledge, human correction, and personalization. These capabilities address a shared question: how AI can work with information in context while keeping its outputs understandable, reviewable, and useful.

Meeting minutes are a concrete application of this approach. Statements, ideas, and action items need to be organized from a continuous flow of information. Presenting the product through a real meeting context makes it easier to explain how information can be recorded, structured, and used again.

03Meeting International Guests, Grounding the Product in Practical Needs

Delegates from multiple countries visited the Dimension Gate booth. Conversations with guests from different countries and language backgrounds can start from shared working situations: understanding a meeting, preserving what matters, and making use of the discussion afterward.

Luna, Head of Commercialization at Dimension Gate, introduced the multimodal AI meeting minutes product to international guests. The face-to-face presentation connected the product’s functions to familiar meeting workflows and created opportunities to explore different contexts of use.

For participants, AI meeting minutes can reduce the effort of recording and organizing information, leaving more attention for the conversation. For teams, structured records support review, shared understanding, and follow-up. These are the practical benefits Dimension Gate aims to communicate through its product presentations.

Make room for the conversation. Keep what matters afterward.

04Beyond the Booth: Technical Support from the FDE Team

Alongside the booth conversations, Dimension Gate’s FDE team provided technical support at the exhibition. The video shows the team working at equipment and computer stations, offering a direct view of its role as a technical support partner.

Product services at an exhibition need to fit the equipment, people, and pace of the event. The FDE team’s presence connected the product to its operating environment. For Dimension Gate, on-site work is also an important way to understand meeting contexts and refine how support is delivered.

05From One Exhibition to Ongoing Practice

TCS2026 brought international dialogue, product presentation, and technical support into one setting. Visits from delegates gave Dimension Gate opportunities to introduce its product to guests from different backgrounds, while the FDE team connected exhibition participation with practical service.

Dimension Gate will continue refining its AI products around real meeting and collaboration needs, helping people and organizations record information, understand content, and turn discussions into knowledge they can use over time.
